How do we use Google drive? What are it's uses?

Google Drive is an online files storage service that gives you 15GB of cloud storage for free. Storage gets used by Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos, so you can store files, save your email attachments, and back up photos and videos. For more than 15 GB, you can upgrade the Google one.
The Google Drive is used for syncing files between your Google drive online and your computer. It also allows you to share files, documents online through your pc file system by right clicking on a document in your pc Google drive folder.

Here are the top benefits that Google can give you should you choose to make it your primary cloud-based storage service:

  • It has a 15 cloud GB storage that you can use.
  • As mentioned above, it lets you create Documents, Spread Sheets, and PowerPoint Presentation.
  • You do not have t worry about always pressing Ctrl+S because it automatically saves your progress but still allows you flexibility by letting you undo and restore previous versions of the file should you want to.
  • You can access Google Drive and your files on any devices for as long as you have an internet connection.
  • You can have a bigger storage should you purchase a plan.
  • And one of the things that I really love, Goggle Drive lets you edit on the go even when you are only using your mobile.
  • Safely store your files and access them from anywhere.
  • Search for files by content and name.
  • Easily share folders and files.
  • Quickly view your content.
  • Set access levels for who can view, edit, comment.
  • Quickly access recent files.
  • See file activity and details.
  • Enable viewing of files offline.
  • Use your device camera to scan in paper documents.
  • Access videos and pictures from Google Photos.
  • If you aren’t connected to the internet, you can make some files available offline to edit, view
  •  You can create documents and files on the fly with integrated Sheets, Docs, and Slides apps.
